RM 1000 Kit for ESD test
RM 1000-KIT Meter with two 5 pound electrodes for measuring surface resistance, volume resistance and resistance to ground.
The tester is equipped with a built-in temperature and humidity sensor and a USB interface to read out data in a csv format file.
The use of a complete test-kit, instead of a single measuring device with separate electrodes, is recommended.
