Description
Spray coating for PCboards, green colour
GREEN COAT – Protective varnish with flux in 300 ml spray can, suitable for all PCBs that are manually soldered.
Method of use:
- Preprare your PCB as usual and remove the etchresist completely
- If you like, you may add immersion tinning on the copper surface (optional)
- Spray the PCB with a thin layer of GREEN COAT
- Let the surface dry for 5 minutes
- Proceed to normal hand soldering operations through the green coating (as you’ll see, soldering is very easy because the flux contained in GREEN COAT improves solderability)
- Cure green coat for 1 hour in oven at 80 °C, or for 2 days at room temperature
- After this treatment, the coating will protect your PCB.
ATTENTION: After hardening, the green coating won’t be solderable anymore.
